Our hot water unit broke, so we called Brian and he was at our house within two hours to have a look at what was wrong. He quickly figured out what the problem was and explained what needed to be done.

He was back the next day and installing a new hot water unit. We were really impressed with how fast, reliable and professional the service was.

Had a little kitchen accident fire and needed a safety inspection of the gas cooker so we can switch back on the mains and BMD was able to provide timely excellent service even on a Saturday. Brian arrived on time, worked efficiently to fix things, left everything nice and clean and charged a reasonable rate. The communication was excellent, the technician turned up ok time and was friendly. He did a great job. A big relief to not have a leaking pipe and fresh filtered water again.
